An idea worth hearing.
Invent a business that solves a clear problem. Explain who it helps and what makes your solution different.

THE YEAR-END FINAL TEST
Our Shark Tank is the final test.
For the class’s final test, each student invents a business and pitches it to a panel of five judges. A creative idea, the confidence to speak in front of a room, and real numbers behind the plan: this is where a year of learning comes together.
MEET THE JUDGES… ON PITCH DAY
Who will be listening to your big idea? That stays a secret until pitch day. Five judges. Five perspectives. Your chance to make a convincing case.
THREE THINGS THAT MAKE A STRONG PITCH
Invent a business that solves a clear problem. Explain who it helps and what makes your solution different.
Practice speaking clearly in front of a room. Tell your story with purpose and make every second count.
Support your idea with costs, pricing, and a realistic plan for earning money. Know where your numbers come from.
PRACTICE YOUR 90 SECONDS
A suggested practice structure to help you prepare — final requirements will be confirmed by Mr. Cordier.
Introduce the customer and the problem. Give the judges a reason to care.
Describe your business and explain why customers would choose it.
Explain your price, costs, and how the business could earn a profit. Make your assumptions clear.
End with the strongest reason your idea deserves attention. Finish clearly and within the time limit.
THE STUDENT BUSINESSES
Student business names, concepts, and pitch materials will appear here as they are ready. Results will be added after the final.
